I had a mixed experience at the Intercontinental Buenos Aires. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated. The breakfast was good, particularly enjoyed on the patio, but I found the reception service could have been friendlier. The location isn't the most convenient for walking to major attractions, which was a bit of a downside.

Rooms

The room was good-sized and reasonably comfortable, though it felt a bit old and not up to five-star standards. It included a refrigerator and a coffee maker, which were nice touches.
Service

While I found the concierge helpful in arranging taxis and giving recommendations, the reception was not as welcoming as I expected for a club member.

The hotel is in a central area, but it's not the nicest, and I felt that it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

I had a mixed experience at Intercontinental Buenos Aires. While the room was great and the breakfast was excellent, I faced issues with inconsistent service and a lack of attentiveness from staff. The location was convenient for historical sites, but I felt uneasy walking around the hotel at night due to the surroundings.

My stay at the Intercontinental Buenos Aires was quite pleasant overall, with a beautiful hotel and excellent service. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially for a five-star hotel, and the location felt a bit uninspiring. Despite these minor setbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, especially the comfortable room and friendly staff.

While breakfast was decent, I was disappointed with the overall dining options available, which didn’t meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. The restaurant had a limited menu and was quite loud.
Facilities

The hotel offered a range of facilities, including room service and a helpful concierge, but I wish they'd improve the electrical outlets in the room for better convenience.
